multiple choice problem

Can anyone help me please.

I have created a multiple choice question in a lesson there are 5 options, the students are asked to select between 1 and 5 options before they can more on.

Currently unless the student selects all 5 options they are unable to move forward. Am I asking the system to do something it is not designed to do?

Regards

Sarah

Sarah "the students are asked to select between 1 and 5 options before they can more on."

Sorry I do not understand this. Maybe provide an example?

Hi Joseph

Example:

Select between 1 - 5 options below of the things you like doing;

1. Reading

2. Writing

3. Using Computers

4. Dancing

5. Singing

6. Walking

7. Cooking

8. Wating TV

9. Eating

This is a getting to know you exercise and I would like the student to select up to 5 points that they like to do. Is this possible?

Regards

Thanks for the concrete example, Sarah. I'm not sure the Lesson (nor the Quiz) is the best suited Moodle activity for this kind of questions, for which no answer is correct.

I suggest using a "survey-like" activity such as Feedback or Questionnaire.
