I got following reply from Netfirms.
Moodle Version 2.6 works only with statement based bin logging. So, it is not compatible on our server since MySQL 5.5 instances have InnoDB which has row based logging.
If you wish to have, you can signup for VPS account so that you have install higher versions of the applications.
