For some reason, when trying to access the full view or simple view of the gradebook it will not load. It just white screens. We are running 2.4.7+. Does anyone know what the issue could be?
I have seen that behavior when the memory allocation on the server is too low...if I remember correctly it's PHP memory that needs to be increased to render the reports.
