We were running moodle2.1 without any problem for two years and there was a requirment for us to migrate the site to moodle 2.5. we followed the standard procedure to do so.( first method as described in the guide.

 

there is a damp slowness after the migration mean while we migrate the operating system to centos 5.5 to 5.10 also.

 

we have done the php acselarating part as well.

 

can somebody provide a hint of resolving this issue.

What have you done to diagnose the problem?

What are the hardware resources?

Is it slow all the time or is it dependent on the number of users? How slow is slow? How are you measuring it?

What is the system doing while it is serving Moodle page (top, munin, something like that)?

What versions of PHP, Accelerator (which?), Database etc etc are you using?
