dyndns needs to be set to the IP address of the WAN side of your NAT router (which you didn't mention). That would need to be set up with port forwarding (port 80 to be exact) to point the external (WAN) address towards the internal (LAN) machine that hosts your server (192.168.0.53). On top of all that, if your WAN address is not static, you will need to install some software (see links on dyndns site) to keep the dyndns address up to date.

Then (!) you need to consider your config.php settings. You should be able to use the domain name you have set up on dyndns, but that depends on your router. Some will wrap back the external address, some will not. If your router is in the latter group, you have a problem sad
