Even I have reviewed the security report, with the option "open to google" is not enable, the uploaded student assignment can be searched on google scholar with the domain 'no-ip.org' . So anyone can give some advise on this problem? I am using moodle 2.5 (Build: 20130514)
So the problem is about moodle settings or should be related to the server computer settings?
