Does anyone know why the add-a-block item would be present when editing/adding questions to a question bank? The block band takes up about 30% of the page space. If the add-a-block item was not there it would greatly improve the layout efficiency of the question editing pages. That is the only block item I cannot dock. If the add-a-block is actually used, it discards the question edit.
In my opinion, the add-a-block item should only be visible when editing the course, with "editing on".
Moodle 2.5.2 If this might be theme related, I'd like to know.
