I am attempting to find out if Interactives from Pearson can be imported in to moodle; I am specifically trying to import the Hospitality Interactive. Does anyone have experience with this?

I doubt it, looks increasingly that Pearson and other content providers are looking at hosting and providing their content as a subscription service. Could not find Pearson/Hospitality Interactive other than website access.
If it is a file you have, then knowing what sort of file type you have may give more clues as to how you might be able to do what you want.
