I have enabled web services for mobile devices on my site and downloaded the Moodle Mobile app to test logging in. When I get to the login screen, I enter the correct credentials and it comes back with the error "username was not found in the database." I tried a few other user logins that I made up and I receive the same error message.
Any suggestions? I know web services is on because I shut it off to see the difference in error messages. When it was off, there was an error saying that the administrator had to enable mobile access. Additional note, my website uses manual authentication.
