Hi everyone. I contracted a new host on Wednesday to migrate our site to an NZ based server so that we can get phone support when needed (it is currently hosted overseas). They migrated the site and everything looks set up file until you try to go into a course file. All Word docs, PDFs, video files, user profile photos and submitted assessment files etc are absent, and when I go in the 'Files' section of each course there is nothing there.  The error that comes up when I try to navigate to these is attached. We use 1.9.6.

Any advice on what they need to do to correct this is appreciated as I the new hosts don't appear to know what they are doing with Moodle and our staff and students have been locked out for 2 days sad. Its 11pm here and its been a long day, so i'm heading to bed and will pick up replies in the morning.

All I can see in the attachment is what looks like a cPanel file browser.
