I have a few issues with Statistics that I need to figure out and im a little lost. Firstly statistics hadn't been working for over two years, but I recently got them working again, but I noticed that a period of 11 months is still blank and will not show anything for that period! it would be nice to have them back but it is not a major problem. My second issue is that the statistics on the site administration section shows one set of statistics, but when tallied up with the course reports they are not mirroring each other!! and this is an issue as we cannot decide which to believe. This there any possible reason for this?? and my last problem is we have disabled guest access to our site but in the statistics we are still getting numbers for guest access even on days after it has been disabled..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
