I am running Moodle 2.5.3 on a webserver. I am trying to download the backup course files, which are about 600 mb. When I try to download the files, it begins downloading, but then it stops without downloading the entire file. It does this inconsistently--sometimes it downloads more of the file, sometimes less. Any help is appreciated.

Unsure if this will answer that question, but when my back ups are too big and I cant get them out, I do manual back ups in 2 or three parts. This makes the files size smaller and more manageable. If I need to restore that course, I need to add the data and them move it all into the right module manually - not pretty but it works.
