So currently I am working on a Moodle Joomla integration.  Today I happened to play with Hikashop in this environment and it will do part of what what you need.  With these three integrated together and all the appropriate plugins, you can list all your courses and also bundles of courses in Hikashop and sell them that way.  Now getting the code part to work is another animal altogether.
