Course won't load on second attempt

Hello community!

I'm Grzesiek, kinda new here ;)

My problem is that on my platform it's impossible to attempt course second time after completing test on first attempt - package is not showing in SCORM Player and all I get is grey field in that place (no errors). Right now the only way to enable users to attempt course second time is to delete thier first attempt in course report - then course is loading properly. Any ideas?

Hi Grzesiek,

There's an "Allow multiple attempts" setting on the SCORM activity. Have you tried that? (Though as it uses SCORM lesson_status to determine when it starts a new attempt I'm not sure how that translates to AICC.) Probably worth trying.

Unfortunately what You said is set by default on my courses, maybe it is glitching - anyway it worth a check and I will do it soon ;)

More ideas are still welcome!
