Finally I found it. One tick was missing. Why? -I do not know. Maybe some update or wondering mouse
This setting was without a tick and when I changed it to "Allow" everything works OK:
Home /Site administration /Users /Permissions /Define roles
Be shown on completion reports
moodle/course:isincompletionreports
