That is quite impossible.
What you must understand first of all is that the Moodle Quiz activity is a Test-like activity, whereas Questionnaire is a survey-like activity. Tests are used to test an individual respondent's knowledge, and to give them a score of aptitude. Surveys are used to gather the opinions of a panel of respondents, and do not lead to a score of aptitude. Thus these two types of activities have their own, totally different uses.
Your only option, if you want to test a respondent's knowledge or aptitude and use a branching feature, is the Moodle Lesson activity. However, as you may already have noticed, the Lesson activity does not offer the variety of questions that are available to the Quiz activity.
