Respondus Lockdown Browser Block - import error

Hi, We are running Moodle 2.3.8 and when trying to import a course that includes the Respondus Lockdown Browser block, we receive an “Error writing to database” error. Once I remove the Respondus Lockdown Browser block from the original course, it imports into the new course just fine. After receiving that error, if I view the new course, all of the blocks have made it over (including the Respondus Lockdown Browser block) but none of the course content moved over. Any ideas as to how we can fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated!
