Hi,

I am new to Moodle, I created a course using Moodle 2.5 version my students grades are not updated automatically after attempting the test.

Grade book shows grade like this:

That looks likes the individual user report - does the grader report show the grades?  If so, check that show grade book to students is selected in settings.
