I want to start use virtual programing lab but I dont know how to configure and start that activities. I want try to work with C programing but I havent found documentation how to make that.

Hello Vladimir,
I suppose you have a working installation of VPL and has a basic knowledge about using Moodle:
To create a basic VPL activity follow the steps shown in the attached pictures taken from
http://demovpl.dis.ulpgc.es/moodle/
