Tengo configurado como se ve en laimagen adjunta.
mediante una tarea cron:
http://www.xxxx.com/e-learning/admin/cron.php a las 3 AM se ejcuta esa tarea
esa tarea y mete los archivos enla carpeta: copias
ahora hace la tarea pero no genera los archivos .mbz
los permisos sons los correctos 775
esto lo hace desd qe actualice desde 2.4 a 2.5.2+ vean la imagen adjunta

Entiendo que el CRON se está ejecutando de forma correcta, puedes probar a correrlo de forma manual. En Informes > Copia de seguridad, puedes ver los resultados de los intentos de ejecución de las copias de seguridad, por si nos da alguna pista del problema.
En otro orden de cosas, veo que mantienes 2 copias de cada curso y se realizan diariamente. No se si es un planteamiento adecuado, ya que eso implica que sólo respaldas dos días cualquier error detectado con posterioridad a esa fecha no podrá ser recuperado. Quizá fuese más interesante marcar sólo uno o dos días de la semana, para cubrir errores no detectados. En cualquier caso, es mucho más efectivo realizar un respaldo completo del servidor en vez de las copias de seguridad automatizadas.

amigo el inform refleja que hay varios (los cursos inactivos) que los omite pero hay otros que los hace pero no se ven los archivos en el moodledata ni en la carpeta que configuré para guardar los archivos
