Hi Coray

Which Moodle version are you using.

If you are using 2.x version you can duplicate the labels by clicking on the duplicate icon besides it  and then drag and drop in the appropriate sections where you want it.

Second question- You can just backup the course and then restore it. Check http://docs.moodle.org/25/en/Course_backup
