We have some instructors who use weighted mean of grades within a grade category, as they want to put specific weights on assignments and quizzes. However, they also want to assign extra credit within those categories too. Is there a way to create a grade item that reflects the extra credit within the weighted mean of grades aggregation, since we can't click on the "extra credit" box?
Basically, I'm trying to figure out how to do extra credit in a weighted mean of grades category, without inputting a grade over 100%? (Our current settings do not allow us to input a grade over the maximum).
