Hi all,
I'm hoping someone might know a fix for this, I'm using Moodle 2.3.0 with the OU Wiki plugin. When I add and attachement to a wiki page, then add a new section it, for some reason, deletes the attachment (see the attached image which shows "Changes".
Anyone seen this happen before?

This issue has been fixed since the June 2013 release of the module.
It's unfortunate that you are using Moodle 2.3 as the fix is only available in 2.4+ releases of the OUWiki module (The OU does not support earlier branches of the plugin once we switch over to support a newer Moodle version).
