How to make this block appear in the student homepage

How to make this block appear in the student homepage

Hello,

I have just managed to create this block but want my students to have this seen as soon as they log in on their homepage. It can be seen as a student but on a particular course only.

However I can see it on my homepage as admin.

Can someone please suggest?
