We are getting an increasing number of complaints from IOS users in Moodle.
I found a bug tracker that had been closed after the user in question reported they had "resolved" their issue by installing Chrome on their iPad.
We are telling our students to do likewise, but I would like to get to the bottom of it if anyone has any info on this?

Installing a 3rd party browser that isn't the default browser is not a way to "resolve" an issue ...
What's the issue? It probably just needs to be updated for iOS 7. Which I would've thought would have been checked during beta stages?
No its not clear whether this is a straight IOS / Safari bug or whether Moodles "Automatic" handling of file delivery needs a tweak. This is the tracker:
