Can anyone help please... I wish to have feedback from guests in a course. I have read the forums and see that I am unable to allow a guest to complete a feedback from within the course but have to have a feedback block on the front page.
I have worked through all the settings and created a feedback form. But now I am stuck.
I have the feedback block up but what should I expect to happen now?
All I have is the Feedback block with the ability to display on frontpage etc., should I be seeing something here?
How do I get the feedback template to be placed in this block?
Is there a way of having this block hidden but still enable guests to give feedback?
I have just noticed that is the guest clicks on the very tiny preview icon of a feedback they can obviously preview the feedback form but how can I get their feedback?
Sorry if these are basic questions I have worked through the feedback doc's but I must be missing something obvious. Any help would be very much appreciated.
