Upgrading from 2.3.2 to 2.5.2 problem

Good afternoon,

I have attempted to upgrade the Moodle data. However, Once i've copied across the moodle data and then gone through to the "finishing the upgrade". When i log into the website it says:

"Upgrading Moodle database from version 2.3.2 (Build: 20120910) (2012062502.00) to 2.5.2 (Build: 20130909) (2013051402.00) Are you sure you want to upgrade this server to this versions?"

when i click Continue it shows me all the checks and every one says OK. However, the first one "moodle" reports: version 2.2 is required and you are running 2.3.2 (Build: 20120910)

If i press Continue i get a white screen and nothing happens.

Any advise would be appreciated.

I had an upgrade time out on me once. After that I found the command-line upgrade tool and now always use it rather than the web-based upgrade to complete the upgrade process. If you have command-line access via SSH or equivalent to your server, try that instead. From your moodle html directory:

php admin/cli/upgrade.php
