Hello, I'm using Moodle 1.9 on GoDaddy and I'm preparing a quiz for a course. The student needs to get 75% + in order to obtain a certificate. Can someone please let me know how I can go about changing pass rates?

This is more a certificate question than a quiz question, so I think you will have a better chance to get an answer in the certificate forum.
But you must be aware that not a lot of us are still running Moodle 1.9 and among those people the number that know how certificate for 1.9 was working is very small !
The versions of the certificate addon for Moodle > 2.0 use a completely different way to restrict certificate access.
Thank you for your reply. i will look into the certificate feature. I would love to move to a newer version of Moodle and like many have request GoDaddy to finally move forward but they have yet to budge.
