I member of staff reported the following error message when opening a newly uploaded .jqz file:
Default exception handler: Could not insert submission form Debug:
Error code: couldnotinsertsubmissionform
* line 1688 of \mod\hotpot\attempt\hp\6\renderer.php: moodle_exception thrown
* line 1215 of \mod\hotpot\attempt\hp\6\renderer.php: call to mod_hotpot_attempt_hp_6_renderer->fix_submissionform()
* line 266 of \mod\hotpot\attempt\renderer.php: call to mod_hotpot_attempt_hp_6_renderer->postprocessing()
* line 97 of \mod\hotpot\attempt.php: call to mod_hotpot_attempt_renderer->render_attempt()
I tried it myself several times. One time the quiz displayed but with no questions. Another time I got the error message. A third time it displayed ok - on this occasion I allof the review options were unchecked.
Quizzes uploaded before the upgrade seem unaffected.
The problem seems to have started since I upgraded the hotpot plugin to the latest version released this week - v3.0.72 (2010080372)
We're using Moodle 2.4.4, MySQL 5.1 PHP 5.3.22.
I hope you can help.
