When adding a new External Tool to a course that is based off of a site-configured External Tool Type, the activity module tool ignores the parent tool's launchcontainer setting from lti_types_config.launchcontainer. Is this a bug?

Looks like it is a bug so I created a tracker issue and attached a fix MDL-42067
