I have read through the 2.5 Performance Recommendations , understood about half, and read through various performance tips (like Five Simple Settings and I see a need for the following:
A list of settings to discuss with your hosting provider to improve Moodle performance
What I am asking for is help parsing the Performance doc down to settings that can be changed in a hosted environment. If is as server hardware setting, probably can't change that, but what about PHP accelerators?
