Hi Martin
You mean this problem?
To tell you the truth, I had the same irritating problem with java security warnings popping up everytime I wanted to use Nanogong. However, Nanogong is too good a plugin to not use on any Moodle site just because of some irritating and pesky pop up security warnings! So Nanogong is worth saving!
Here's the procedure to save the (your) day. Warning! Use at your own risk.
In Ms Windows 7,
1. Go to Start button
2. Click on Control Panel
3. You should see the Control Panel open up.
4. Look for the Java icon. If you don't or can't see the Java icon, type the word "Java" inside the Search Control Panel edit box, and press Enter.
See image below:
When the Java window opens up,
5. Click on the Advanced tab
6. Scroll down to the "Mixed code (sandboxed vs trusted) security verification" section.
7. Check the "Disable verification (not recommended)" option
8. Click the OK button to save the Java settings.
9. Go back to your Moodle site.
10. Create another Nanogong recording in a Label or webpage.
11. No more Security warning pop-up?
Hope this helps. Oh by the way, earlier in this post I mentioned of a 'risk', right? Well the reason that "this option is not recommended"
is because "this option" completely disables the software from checking for mixing trusted and untrusted code, leaving the user to run
potentially unsafe code without protections. See http://www.java.com/en/download/help/error_mixedcode.xml
So if some unsafe or malicious Java code fries your PC machine, don't ask me to travel to your part of the world to fix your machine,
unless of course you pay for my airfare. You have been warned.

P.S., if it helps and you finally manage to use Java site-wide or instution-wide with no side effects, you owe me one , bro.
How you 'repay' is if you answer some other poor bloke's query here on Moodle.org based on your Moodle expertise.
For example, you will find one poor bloke by the name of Frankie Kam with some unanswered posts on the Quiz and Themes forums.
If you can answer his questions, then the 'debt' is repaid in full.
By the way, I'm just kidding! Har har. It was a pleasure answering your post because I had to recall the answer - to my benefit as well.
