Moodle 2.5.1

In the quiz on the "Oder and paging" tab there is a column of numbers after the questions with 10,30, 50 etc.  See this image.

What do those numbers mean?  Why would I want to change them?

Thank you

They can be used to re-order the questions and page breaks.

Did you ever find our what these numbers meant under reorder questions? Why not 1, 2, 3, etc

If you have 1, 2, 3, then there is no space to put something between 1 and 2. Between 10 and 20 there are other numbers like 15.
