Which shared hosting company are you using? dmlreadexception occurs when moodle has trouble accessing database from server, chances are that your hosting providers have setup databases on a separate server and that goes down time to time.

 

to get more information on the errors, try enabling debug mode and based on that you can search forums, if someone has already reported similar issue.

to enable debug mode, go to Settings / Site Administration / Development / Debugging.
