Blocks

I am currently working on some changes to basic Moodle install to make easier to understand for some of our staff. There are a couple of changes to the courses block that would be helpful to this:
Changing the title of the courses block once people are logged in reflect the fact that courses block is now displaying just the courses that they are part of
Allowing a frontpage course display to just show the top level catagory list not the full set of catagories
