Hey all
Not sure if this is the correct area for this, however I am sure some of yous have been in my position before. After years of pushing for the company to move into e-learning, new board members really recognise the value in this and want a plan on resources required, how it will all work etc
I am sure some of you had to do similar, does anyone have a framework/example that could help speed up this process for me?
