One of our academics is facing this problem.
If the field name is too long and you edit the template, the select box stretches as far as the longest string in the options value. I dont know if teachers should use a short name for defining a field, but I guess if nothing stops them from writing a long piece of text, i guess its perfectly valid.
I do have a core fix for it whereby I can wrap a div tag around the <select> option and give it a width CSS property along with overflow:auto so that i have scroll bars around the select box.
Is anyone dealing with this / dealt with a similar issue ?
