Hi Team,
I want to submit essay question with attachment only. It means I want to keep the editor ( text box) as blank. But when I was trying in such way , its showing as "not yet answered".
My moodle version is 2.2.
Please help me. I stucked. I cannot go forward without your valuable help.

Why not just get them to type in the essay box : Attachment below (or similar)?

I can attached the document. Its showing below the editor.. But I dont want to type anything inside editor.. Want to keep it blank..But unfortunately when I click next , its showing as "not yet answered".. But actually I uploaded a document under the question .. .. please help me to go forward.

Hello Jerin,
Sorry what you want to do is not possible. This is MDL-39756 and this issue is currently not fixed so it will be at best available for Moodle 2.6 (if Kyle is able to submit it before code freeze in 1 week) or Moodle 2.7 but certainly not for Moodle 2.2, as this is a new feature.
I suggest to use the Mary's workaround.
