I've finally managed to get authentication working with LDAP for our active directory domain, and I just have a couple of questions
First, is it possible to remove the email address requirement for users in the Create Account process? We are going to be using moodle primarily on the intranet, and email addresses aren't in our database, or really necesarry.
Secondly, is it possible to either create the accounts automatically from the LDAP database without asking for user confirmation, or if not, lock down the first name and last name fields so that students can't try to be funny and put in fake names
