earlier I was "too many mysql processes" surprised at a very different application of the error message. I then checked with "show processlist" and found ca, 85 Moodle processes and 15 other processes that were associated with the mysql database. They were all marked with "sleep". I then looked at Moodle and found in the list of current users 7 users who have accessed in the past hour. They probably considered only images for the exam tomorrow.
The mysql server allows only 100 clients processes in the basic configuration. I can put this number so high, but that it could be a malfunction of Moodle, which always produces new processes without ending the old. What do you think?
I use Moodle 2.5.2
