Moving Instructor Block Between Courses

Moodle 2.4.3: Our college changed all our email addresses.  In each of my moodle courses, I have an instructor block with a head shot image linked from my private files.

I can cut and paste the content from the html block in one course to the other but the image links break. 

I have tried backup and restore to another course but there appears to be no way to select just a single block to restore.  So restoring just the blocks from one course, wipes out all the blocks in the other course.

Is anyone aware of how to set up a transportable instructor block that contains an image external to the course but inside moodle?

If you make the image URL a fully qualified URL in the <img> tag, ie with http://../../mugshot.jpg that refers to a fixed external location, then copying and pasting the HTML from one block to another won't break the image display. Otherwise, there's no way I know of for copying a block from one course to another.
