Lines of Code Appear After Submitting an Assignment

I am currently using Moodle 2.4, and whenever a student submits an online text assignment, the next page shows a lot of lines of code with a dark grey background. If you scroll down, you can then see the normal page that is suppose to appear.

Any ideas why it is doing this? The assignment still submits, but is confusing for the students.

Maybe if you copied and pasted these lines of code into the forum, then there would be a better chance that someone could tell you where they were coming from (this certainly isn't a standard feature of Moodle that is happening to everyone, so it will require some investigation to find out why it is happening on your site).
