Hi, I have a problem with my moodle 1.9.8
currently, I cannot open my moodle and this error message appear
Error: Database connection failed.
It is possible that the database is overloaded or otherwise not running properly.
The site administrator should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php
i checked my config.php and found everything ok. ( I used to install moodle same version before). is it possible this happen because i copy the same file (not including config.php) and paste to the same server to create another moodle? but i create different database.
anyone, please help me.
