Hi Gina,
You are going to need to edit the mod/certificate/type/<typeyourareusing>/certificate.php file to query the database for the SCORM attempts and then display them on the PDF. This is a bit tricky and will require someone who is knowledgeable in PHP, the Moodle DBAL and the database structure to configure.
