Add the number of attempts for a quiz on the certificate

Moodle 2.4.1+ (Build: 20130125)

For the certificate, in the Text Options section, I selected to print the grade of a quiz which is great, but is there a way to add the number of attempts the user made to reach that quiz grade?

Is there no one out there who knows how to add the attempt status of a SCORM module to the Certificate?

Hi Gina,
AFAIK there's no configuration setting available: it is required to write some custom code into the Certificate module.

Hi Gina,

You are going to need to edit the mod/certificate/type/<typeyourareusing>/certificate.php file to query the database for the SCORM attempts and then display them on the PDF. This is a bit tricky and will require someone who is knowledgeable in PHP, the Moodle DBAL and the database structure to configure.
