Flexi II ( 2 ) - Language Drop Down Menu

Greetings, I installed the Flexi II theme and seems amazing because of the ease of customization. The only problem that I noticed is that the Choose Language Drop Down menu Disappeared. Any Idea How can I enable it within the Course Using this theme?

(P.S. The Language option exists if flexi theme is not used - other courses or main page of Moodle)
