Problem in moving grading items down in gradebook (Simple view)

Hi

I am having problem in moving items downs in graebook. A item is moving correctly when i was moving it in upward direction but when i was moving it in downward direction sometime it moves only one step down and sometime not at all. I am not getting where the problem lies. I have done everything purge all cache, ajax is enabled at site as well as in gradebook.
