In current logging implementation, if a record could not be INSERT, there was an email triggered with
Subject: Insert into log failed at your moodle site ...
and content: Insert into log table failed at ..... It is possible that your disk is full. The failed SQL is: INSERT INTO mdl_log....
Is there something similar in the new implementation? That is - some fall-back when log message could not be stored?
