I'm developing a module for checking the security of Moodle. One part is to test if the login https is active, i could not find where the settings are saved https, can someone tell me?

not sure if I got your question, however if you want to check some Moodle settings, you could start looking at the "mdl_config" table, where you can find the 'loginhttps' setting as well as many other settings. Please note your table prefix (i.e. mdl_) may be different.

that was what I needed, but this table only saves the state of the configuration ie if I change the login https base will not change the system
