Have found that the bars in the report chart are 3600 pixels tall.  Used this custom css to resolve:

.qn-content img {height: 2em;}

Hi Bob,

Unfortunately you do not mention which version of Questionnaire you are using. This report chart problem has already been mentioned for the Aardvark theme in this discussion.

And, as regards the Essential theme (and other themes based on Bootstrap), I have fixed the problem in version 2.5.5 (Build - 2013080901).
